Nellis has no cement paint

Weird...There is no paint (taxiways, runways, parking, etc.) on the cement at Nellis. Attached is a screenshot.

 

I ran DCS open beta repair but nothing changed.

Try different seasons.

 

IIRC, it should show up in three out of four seasons but I forget which one is the problem.

Okay...I will try different seasons.

 

But this has never happened to me before in previous DCS versions and I have flown out of Nellis in every season.
