Cant Launch game after hotfix!

I was playing earlier today and when i got off my windows updated to a new build after that was done i updated dcs for the new hotfix and after that my game wont launch. I click on the exe and nothing happens.I attached my log. I ran the repair and clean up and also deleted the save game folder.

I don't think is windows as every other game work fine.

Ok well it was an issue with windows after a fresh install of everything nothing worked so I finally went back the the previous version of windows and now it works.
