I need the ground takeoff mod, please

Can't find the Ground Takeoff mod anywhere. Can someone send it to me, please? I've posted the issue a week ago in the mods' section and no answer yet, so I thought I'd ask here. I really need it for mission designing. Deleted my own by mistake.
