Game Won't Even Start

Worked all night with groups from the Microsoft and reddit communities, even replaced the dll file. Everything points to a problem with a call from the DCS launcher. None of the cmd prompts work for updates, repairs, clean, etc. It won't even let me roll back. Thoughts, anyone? Accepting wild guesses at this point since I can't even start the game. Thanks!
