Can't assign Set gunner seat command

Hi. This is probably solved somewhere, but I cannot find it.

 

 

The "Set gunner seat" command, by default "3" key, only allows me to click on the keyboard column, the throttle and joystick columns are disabled. I'm using a T16000 and TWCS. I have the 1 and 2 keys, set pilot and copilot seats, assigned to T16000's buttons working fine
