Cannot load the F18 monitor config file since the update

TURNS OUT IT WAS A USER ERROR. I AM GOING TO FIRE THE USER.

 

 

 

I am using the monitor config file prepared by Capt Z for his Helios profile. I was gone for a week and this morning, I updated my openbeta version of DCS.

 

 

 

Now for some unknown reason, the F18 monitor config file is not "seen" in the game options. Why- I have no idea, but many of my old config lua files do appear.

 

 

 

Before I spend many hours on this, I would like to know if anyone else is having this issue or is it just my stupid error somewhere.

 

 

Upon further examination, it appears that my entire openbeta folder is labeled "read only" and I cannot seem to undo that. I tried starting both as a user and as the admin with no joy.
