AFC inop

Hi guys.

When I first bought the Harrier my AFC switch worked fine & was bound to my Warthog autopilot switch. However I’ve had to replace that joystick with the same model & i’ve reinstalled the game to the open beta version.

Now AFC is unselectable. Either through key binding or clicking using the mouse.

My gear is up, flaps up, over 160kts & straight & level.

Any ideas?

Make sure you have the INS set to NAV mode or IFA, it will be set in a hot start or air start but if you did a cold start it is probably off.

Yup that’s set too.

Problem solved.

My new joystick wasn’t calibrated & so was putting a constant input into the aircraft so the AFC refused to operate.

Fixed now.
