Mirage Ejection Seat

In the real aircraft where/how does the pilot arm (not activate) the ejectio seat?

The seat is always armed. There are merely safety devices in place to prevent activation. The pilot will remove a pin from the seat pan firing handle before flight. This will "arm" the seat.
