Show controller Input?

In some Tutorial Videos,

I have noticed a "controller input indicator",

displayed in the lower left corner, of the screen.

 

How is the indicator displayed?

or is this a MOD?

There is a great Mod by Rackham that has a scale on it. Nice to trim AoA so you can get the trim in the same place all the time.
