First, using all caps in a forum post denotes shouting and is considered rude. Download user files from here:

You can store them anywhere on your PC, as you can navigate to them from DCS. Many find the User\Saved Games\Missions folder to be a convenient storage folder.

You might find some here also in the Missions and Campaigns section.

 

...and as Habu_69 has said. Put them in C:\Users\YOUR PC USER NAME\Saved Games\DCS Beta\Missions folder.

 

That's the "My mission" folder when in DCS.
