Does anyone know if the Su-33 has the ability to dump fuel IRL, I know the Su-27S does not. From the manual..

"To facilitate the Su-33’s emergency landings on the deck of the carrier, the aircraft has the option of draining its fuel while in flight, carried out from the afterburner pumps of the engines through the aggregates and emergency discharge collectors installed on the engines."

Also can it buddy refuel?

"introduction of an in-flight refueling system and the possibility of using a fuel transfer system to another aircraft to increase the range and duration of patrols over the sea;"

Do we have these features in DCS?

For the first one, Press R. All flankers have the ability to dump fuel in this game.

For the second one, no, but that would be interesting. Technically several aircraft; including the Hornet, have the option to Buddy Refuel but lack that capability in DCS.

Yes.

Yes it does - see attachment.

Yes the Su-33 is compatible with the UPAZ-1K "buddy-refuelling" aggregate.

As Auditor said, fuel draining is implemented for both the Su-27 and Su-33. Buddy refuelling isn't, but might be in the future.....seem to remember Chizh saying something about it being planned.

The legacy Hornet(A, B, C, D) don't have this ability(carrying a buddy pack) - only the Super Hornet.
