[ALREADY REPORTED] Radar elevation and azimuth stuck

Here is one that i haven't seen reported yet.

With a STT lock, press DATA OSB on radar DDI and change the memory timeout. Unlock target and radar is now very odd. elevation doesn't respond to input and azimuth will go out of bounds.
