Wired black lines flashing all over runway/apron

Hello all,

I recently updated dcs from about a 2 year hiatus. It looks really good with the updated textures, however, I am getting these weird little black lines flashing all over the runway or tarmac. The flashes only happen at airports. Roads/buildings/object not affected. The area immediately around the plane is fine. But once you get a few feet from aircraft they start the flashing. I'll try to upload a picture/video once I get home. I have an gtx780 with the latest drivers. I'll try to update/fix dcs files incase they got corrupted and update.
