Mission Editor Question

I just did a fresh install and opened the mission editor..

 

I've tried to create a new mission but the airfields and airports don't list..

 

Is there a way to show these. I hope that I don't need to reinstall everything again

Rename

C:\Users\ xxx \Saved Games\DCS\MissionEditor

to

C:\Users\ xxx \Saved Games\DCS\MissionEditor_old

and try it again
