Pilot Animation Question

I would love to know why I can see other pilot animation but the others can't see mine? Same pc build, same trackir, same plane.

 

Is this because I am hosting the multiplay? Might get someone else to host and check or is there a setting I have missed or is it in the config of the plane?

 

This is bugging me rotten.
