Missing water texture when Online (but fine offline)

Does anyone know about this at all... I have everything woking fine when I test offline and water looks just fine (it has blue colour and those waves) but when Online in any server I don't have the water texture... it looks just like the sky meaning if I fly right above the water I can't tell water from sky.

 

I had this problem before after I replaced Low and High scenery files with Medium one (so I don't get trees in hills if server has High scenery, and save on framerate) but after I placed them back to original problem seemed gone... now again I noticed few days ago this problem is there again and I have no clue why. I didn't make any changes or installed any new mods... but I don't get water texture when in Online server.

 

By the way... water is set to Medium and I use no water mods

 

EDIT: reinstalled LockOn and it's fine now...
