Time delay between two actions

I try to find a solution to start an action No2 after a time delay in secondes, following a first action No1.

I already tried with flags but I can't find the solution !

ONCE - SOME CONDITION - SET FLAG 1 TRUE

ONCE - TIME SINCE FLAG 1: 60 seconds - FLAG 2 TRUE
