RukusDM Posted December 29, 2018 Posted December 29, 2018 Hi, i've purchased a x56 and everything seems to program and work fine. I do have one issue though. When i switch the mode switch the throttle changes modes but the stick doesn't. Throttle will use the binds for each mode but the stick only uses mode 1. Wondering if anyone has a x56, does the modes switch work with your stick? also i noticed that i have 2 of the x56 H.O.T.A.S software icons on the windows taskbar. Does yours show the same? Any help would be appreciated. Doug
Sandman1330 Posted December 31, 2018 Posted December 31, 2018 I’m away from home until Tuesday, I’ll check how mine behaves when I get home. I honestly don’t use the mode switch at all... Sandman1330 Posted January 3, 2019 Posted January 3, 2019 Hey Doug, Sorry it took so long to get back to you. I just checked mine, and the mode switch does indeed work for both the stick and throttle. In the Logitech software, when I change modes, my profile for both the stick and throttle changes. I also only have 1 X56 icon in my taskbar. Perhaps this has something to do with your problem... Did you perhaps used to have an X55? If so, maybe there's a conflict with the old Saitek and new Logitech software?
