Great to see mention of this in the newsletter.

Just curious why Case 1,2 & 3 are prioritised over land based ATC?

I appreciate the Hornet is the ED flagship module but not everyone flies this.

There are many existing and legacy users (of many years standing) of the other 14 or so modules that now have a longer wait to experience the new changes coming.

I'm thrilled for the Hornet drivers of course but personally would have liked to have been able to benefit from the improved ATC stuff sooner rather than later!

Regards,

So true!! Their ATC is absolutly brilliant. They send approachign aircraft in deconflicting holding patterns and they do that in a way that if you follow their instructions you will land with another aircraft 30 sec in front of you and another one 30 sec behind you. They make intelligent use of multiple runways and what not.

It would be a dream to have such a sophisticated ATC in DCS!

I sorely miss that aspect here in DCS as well. So +1 from me!

Its true that we have all these cool and very complicated modules to fly, it just seems a little sad that the only way i can really get to appreciate using the radios for them is through 3rd party software for online flying.

Not that im complaining about the 3rd party software, if it wasn't for that software id have little to no use at all for the radios.
