Missing key-bind for oxygen

In the Adjust Controls settings for the AV8B, there is a binding for switching the "Oxygen Off", but not one for switching "Oxygen On".

That's exactly the issue. If you add the 'down' values, both 'ON' and 'OFF' will appear under Controls and you will be able to assign them as you wish.
