JagHond Posted January 24, 2019 Posted January 24, 2019 Hello to all. Just don't know if this issue has been reported in any other previous topic, and if this the right section as well (my apologies, in case). Since the last update my NTTR and Persicus theaters (and their related missions as well in Missions) aren't any longer available in Mission Editor, even if they are shown as regularly installed in Module manager. What happened and how could it be fixed, most of all? Thanks in advance for your help. With best regards.
Czar66 Posted January 24, 2019 Posted January 24, 2019 Looks like it's user end. Is Persicus the Persian Gulf map? I currently have the Persian Gulf installed and it is all fine. Have a go on repairing your dcs installation. https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=114030. I haven't installed NTTR yet on my machine after my previous DCS reinstallation so I can't comment on that.
JagHond Posted January 24, 2019 Author Posted January 24, 2019 Thanks for your kind reply, Czar. Yes, that 'Persicus' actually stands for Persian Gulf map, and I too am afraid this issue could be on my side. But unfortunately I already tried the repair path with no success. Do you have any other suggestion, please? With best regards.
thrustvector Posted January 24, 2019 Posted January 24, 2019 you can see them in the savegame folder? and both maps are "switched on in mod manager, as above all is working here fine
JagHond Posted January 24, 2019 Author Posted January 24, 2019 (edited) Thanks to you too for your kind reply. you can see them in the savegame folder? In what location there should I find them, please? and both maps are "switched on in mod manager, as above all is working here fine Affirmative. They are both 'switched' on, but I can't 'see' any in Mission Editor, neither can load their related campaigns or missions. Edited January 24, 2019 by JagHond
JagHond Posted January 25, 2019 Author Posted January 25, 2019 For the records: to end this story, I realized that I should uninstall all and reinstall all the stuff from scratch. More or less a pain, but doing this succeeded. Thanks anyway a lot to you both, Czar and thrustvector, for the tips.
thrustvector Posted January 25, 2019 Posted January 25, 2019 no probs, and for your info the savegame folder is user/savegame/dcs/missions :)
