Trains in DCS world

That you can create your own trains in DCS I think is "great". Unfortunately, there are hardly any possibilities to influence them. Waypoint actions are simply ignored by them (eg HOLD) and at the end of the route they return without pause.

It also seems cumbersome and time-consuming to find my own train via CTRL-F12.

 

But solutions are available:

Place ground vehicles on the specified route and call them one after the other. So you can at least watch your own train.

Besides, with some patience and time entry it is even possible to "stop" opposing trains.
