Groups starting from ramp (e.g., Qeshm Intl.) - Back taxi and take off one by one

I set up a mission with 2 groups of 4 aircraft starting from the ramp. Only taxiway access to the runway is from near the middle, so all the aircraft hold short of the runway, and one by one they back taxi and take off.... this takes a long time... It would be much better if they would backtaxi as a group because there is plenty of room at the turn arounds ramps at runway end, end then depart four (or more) at a time.
