J11 for SU27 owners?

Are the owners of SU27 (dedicated, not FC3) getting the J11?

 

Or it is just for FC3 owners alone?

 

I read somethng about when J11 was introduced, something like on the future we will give the J11 to SU27 owners, however some time already passed and no news about it.

 

Any idea?

I think they want to release it as a seperate Module, they wrote it in somewhere on Reddit. Right now it is only in FC3 for testing.
