spawned units can't be moved in PG map

Found a issues recently, checked quickly and didn't see them in this list.. sorry if they are..

 

Spawned units are only movable if you were online in the server while they were spawned..

 

spawning infantry with ctld for example, i can move it but if i leave the server and comeback i can't move them anymore.. the CA tab to set speed it's gone

 

Tried this in Caucaus.. and it works fine..
