Unable to move ships client side with Combined Arms in Open beta

I've seen this issue for awhile now and haven't seen a forum post. But We are unable to command ships to move(set new course or add way points, oddly you can control speed until vsl stops) client side only with Combined arms. This issue doesn't replicate on the server hosting the mission. This has been tested from all player slot options (Pilot, Tac Command etc..)
