For about the third time in two hours I've got my Tomcat into a flat spin. I think Jester is starting to hate me. I haven't worked out exactly how I'm doing this but it seems to be related to high alpha at low speed.

Spin recovery seems impossible but that isn't helped by me watching the spin in F3 view - it looks very cinematic - rather than doing my pilot thing.

Don't really care - as the popular song goes.... "Everything is Awesome".

I got myself into a spin at about 40,000 feet earlier so I had plenty of time to try Jabbers' advice for recovery! Idle throttles, rudder against the spin, throttle up the engine opposing the spin (port engine for an a/c spin) until the nose drops, then equalise the throttles and stick to pull out of the dive.

Do not use this advice to complete an F-14 check ride, my recollections are hazy!

Ah, thank you! I was just wondering what the steps would be for recovering. I will try your/Jabber's instructions!
