Topgun505 Posted March 15, 2019 Posted March 15, 2019 If you do the included startup training mission ... if you take too long your aircraft gradually creeps forward on the deck of the carrier until it rams into the static aircraft parked at the bow and you destroy yourself. Rather frustrating. ilikepie Posted March 15, 2019 Posted March 15, 2019 might want to check to see if there is a double binding in the controls with the throttles. mine were linked to the throttle and rudder pedals and when I run through the check controls surfaces it "woke up" the axis on the pedals and the engines increased and i inched along due the parking brake being on. could be that? Topgun505 Posted March 15, 2019 Author Posted March 15, 2019 If the nose of the ship were 12 o clock, my nose was pointing around 9 or 10 oclock. And yet I drifted sideways towards the bow (the 12 oclock) position. So no ... I don't think so. If I were drifting I would have inched over the port side of the ship.
