You have to start the engines up first (both), then you'll hear him doing some clicking, then you'll hear a squawk on the radio and you'll then see the INS menu next time you open Jester's menu.

I think it’s context sensitive.... so, it’s only available at a certain point during startup???

 

I wonder if you’re missing something.... maybe try the auto start and it should be available when you see the message “ waiting for alignment”

You might also have to arm the ejection seat before he'll continue with his checklist.

When i get to that step and turn the repeater on (i think, i get the numbers being entered) i don't see any line like it says i should see...

It work, just take a little more than normal time to press the buttons, click.......click......click.......click and so on.
