deadpool Posted March 16, 2019 Posted March 16, 2019 (edited) the following situation: a cargo ship going 10 knots, relativ 78° left of ownship course (basically 12° away from a perfect beam) 10 knots * cos(78°) ~= 2.08 knots (relative to ground movement from my plane) I could lock that thing up easily in PD scan and thus PD STT and guide a phoenix onto it. This felt wrong. Edited April 1, 2019 by IronMike Lincoln said: “Nearly all men can stand adversity, but if you want to test a man's character, give him power." IronMike Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 This sounds more like you were in PSTT. Are you sure you used PDSTT? Did Jester lock it or did you lock it manually as RIO? PD-STT as human RIO, sorry for the late response. Lincoln said: “Nearly all men can stand adversity, but if you want to test a man's character, give him power."
