[KNOWN ISSUE WIP] Wrong helmet texture for the RIO when inside the cockpit

When inside the cockpit the Rio Helmet display the Pilot helmet texture. The textures loads properly when in external view

Should be an easy fix.

Kinda kills the emersion when the rio has my helmed instead of his own.
