[RESOLVED] Sidewinder volume knob is either 100% or 0% with keybinds

The RWR volume knob keybind (increase/decrease) correctly moves it through its range of motion, but pressing the increase key for the SW volume puts it at 100%, and pressing decrease puts it at 0%.

 

You can't choose a volume anywhere in the middle, except if you grab it with the mouse and adjust it that way.
