[DCS BUG] "Sound To" and Radio Transmission Issues

Hey folks! I'm having a bit of an issue with adding sound to missions I've created with the F-14. Example mission attached below.

 

1. Mission Start >> Flag 1 on

2. Time Since Flag 1 = 5 seconds > Sound to All and Message to All

 

and also

 

1. Mission Start >> Flag 1 on

2. Time Since Flag 1 = 5 seconds > Radio Transmission (yes, frequencies are set correctly in both Tomcat and zone)

 

OK, usually when I start this mission, I will get the "Message to All" pop up but no audio. Sometimes the audio happens a minute after the "Message to All" pops up.

 

If I exit, then restart the mission, the triggers will SOMETIMES work. If it works, great! But it not, exiting and restarting may or may not fix it.

 

I'm not really sure what's going on, but I think it's a DCS/Heatblur conflict going on. The very same mission when using the Hornet or Tiger work 100% every time.

(I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the Tomcat)

1.) I experienced the same problems since I installed the F-14.

2.) Also, I have no external sound (wind noise from aircraft flying through the air) when in flight & both engines off! Total silence.
