Waypoint from map: help request

Hi

 

What's the step by step sequence to getting a waypoint from map, and show it on the HSI (lower screen for pilot)

 

I seem to able to get Jester to enter the correct lat/lon for the waypoint, but it doesn't show on the HSI (HSO)

 

What am I missing?
