opening a port on a hub

Apologies if this is the wrong section

From my very limited technical knowledge I understand that i have to open 10308 port on my hub to run a server or so the server shows up

The problem is that I don't have a clue what to do with the page im seeing in my hub interface - see image below _

Can someone give me a hand please thanks in advance
