Lymark Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 (edited) I've been pulling my hair out around this and decided to do a quick test. Target is a tanker at 25,000ft/50nm,I'm slightly below at 20,000ft. Closure rate is way above the filter blind spots. As you can see, I'm able to lock him using PSTT, but switching to PDSTT, RWS or TWS will result in an instant loss of lock(I'm aware of the 2 seconds refresh time). This tends to happen after switching to a 50nm TID range scale. PD modes pretty much stay blind all the way until ~20nm, I'd play with the Azimuth&Bar switches and HCU thumbwheel like crazy to no avail, but when I switch back to Pulse search, the target would be right where I've been scanning the entire time! Could someone please enlighten me? Edited April 13, 2019 by IronMike
