[NO BUG] RDR ATTK heading showing true heading instead of track.

The heading shown at the top of the RDR ATTK format is the true heading instead of the mag heading.

 

Reproduce: look at the RDR ATTK format and cross-check with your heading tape. It will be, on the PG map for example with magnetic variance of 2, 2 degrees off.
