Adding the possibility to move the kneeboard on the knees

It would be great, especially in VR, to move the kneeboard in the 3d virtual space in order to put in horizontally, over the knees of the virtual pilot or in a similar position for planes that does not have a virtual pilot (or for people who prefer to fly without the 3d pilot).
