DarkStar79 Posted April 7, 2019 Posted April 7, 2019 Often when i play as a RIO on MP servers i get alot of ghost contacts on the TID that stays there forever. It looks like they are completely stationary on the ground. I can delete them on the CAP thou. But what are those, and why are they showing? is it a bug or what?
HawkDCS Posted April 7, 2019 Posted April 7, 2019 In the RIO Pit on left side of TID Screen there is a square button that says TRACK HOLD. It cant be read unless the backlighting is on in the cockpit. If you hit that it wont hold lost contacts on the TID. From the manual. TRACK HOLD - Button extending the amount of time before a track is dropped after last radar observation to two minutes. Normal time is 14 seconds. DarkStar79 Posted April 7, 2019 Author Posted April 7, 2019 yea thx, for reply. I know that button, and its not that. The symbols stays forever until I manually delete them.
HawkDCS Posted April 7, 2019 Posted April 7, 2019 Are they waypoints or from Datalink? Rig: 5960X @ 4.5GHZ 32GB 3000Mhz DDR4 Titan XP Dell 3415W 21:9 Thrustmaster Warthog
DarkStar79 Posted April 7, 2019 Author Posted April 7, 2019 Im not sure dint look last time. Have to look at that when it happens again..
QuiGon Posted April 8, 2019 Posted April 8, 2019 They do sound like waypoints, not targets. Intel i7-12700K @ 8x5GHz+4x3.8GHz + 32 GB DDR5 RAM + Nvidia Geforce RTX 2080 (8 GB VRAM) + M.2 SSD + Windows 10 64Bit DCS Panavia Tornado (IDS) really needs to be a thing!
DarkStar79 Posted April 9, 2019 Author Posted April 9, 2019 They are not waypoint. It looks like just stationary unknown targets. And I have to manually delete them. Skickat från min iPhone med Tapatalk
