I get a feeling that is to do with having to tweak some FMs so they aren't exact... for security reasons. But yea, you aren't wrong there.

 

That makes no sense.

 

If there were security implications, ED nor the 3rd parties would know what they were in the first place. You don't keep secrets by identifying that you have secrets. Generally, the fact that things are a secret is just as protected as the information itself.
