raest Posted August 26, 2007 Posted August 26, 2007 Hi all, I've been trying for over a week to get an answer out of ED in regards to my FC running out of activations. I've provided them with 3 emails asking them politely to provide a new key as it has run out of activations due to a new PC I built. Gave them the transaction details and product key and I haven't got an answer back. I'm hoping that someone checks these boards and might be able to help. Sigh, just want to get back to playing FC. The past week was probably an especially tough one, because the team was taken up displaying the product at the MAKS-2007 show.
