SCHOOL Posted April 20, 2019 Posted April 20, 2019 (edited) Opened up the software and the stick is recognized but the top left box is RED. When I try to load I get the PCB error. In windows, I see the axis moving but no buttons or slider for brake. trying firmware but taking forever....seems like a dead stick. Took the extension off and connected direct and still no success. 2nd photo is where firmware is stuck... Please advise... Edited April 21, 2019 by SCHOOL
Czech6 Posted April 21, 2019 Posted April 21, 2019 Did you update the firmware first? That note on the end of the joystick info "Version not Supported" indicates the firmware is not current. Start with that and see if the red turns to yellow.
SCHOOL Posted April 21, 2019 Author Posted April 21, 2019 (edited) Got it resolved. Looks like I wasn’t actually clicking on the device on the top left corner so it wasn’t activated. Simple and stupid mistake... Blown away on how accurate my control is now. Refueling the F-14 just got much easier. Wanted to ad that the Virpil customer support responded within 1 day. I let them know it was my error and they replied back again the same day to confirm. NICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Edited April 24, 2019 by SCHOOL
