IR Lock tone stuck in MP

hi,

I placed a stinger Infantry and SA-13 Strela-10M3 i think

joined with a friend of mine we both locked on targets. i could here his lock tone and he mine...

 

as soon as this happens, lock tone freezes and the only thing to get rid of it is by leaving and restarting the server.
