I downloaded a bunch of RAAF skins for the M2000C a few years ago (back in DCS 1.2.xx days) and since reinstalling them I've noticed as the screenshots show, there is a small cutout on the tail and wing showing the French flag and tail number. The actual skin file in an external program doesn't have them nor do I remember the skins ever having this problem back when I first got them. Unfortunately I can't track down the original downloads in user files to see if they have been updated or if it was an issue. Would anyone know what causes this issue and if there is something I could do to fix it?

It looks like the BORT number syntax may have been updated, the description file in the skin folder needs to be changed to match the new BORT syntax. There are various posts concerning this type of thing on the forums.

Boomer, I made those skins, I have recently pulled all my skins from DCS User files to re-do and re-edit them, find the new lua in the attachment.

Thanks Strut, I look forward to your re-released versions when you finish them.

And thanks Sushy for the link to your thread, initially the revised description.lua was showing up with a missing texture in those spots but it was a simple fix of change decal from false to true.

So thanks for the help guys.
