just let me use my torrent client?

I am trying to download the dcs install but I have such bad internet that it keeps dropping. So, cant I just have the .torrent file and use utorrent to download it?

 

I have found a bunch of .torrent files in the install/.torrent folder - but which one do I use?

Pretty sure the updater should start where it stopped after restarting (and checking what was already downloaded).

Not saying it wouldn't be useful to be able to use a standalone torrent client, though.
