-Ice Posted May 22, 2019 Posted May 22, 2019 I seem to have broken DCS by entering a very large monitor resolution size. I have a 5896x1080 main screen plus two 1920x1080 touchscreens so I entered 9736x1080 and DCS would not start after that, kept throwing up an error message about memory being too big but looking at my MSI AB logs, it never went past 6GB on my 16GB RAM system. Now the error no longer appears and I get a window with DCS on it but the main menu UI doesn't load. Is there a way to repair critical DCS files without having to do a complete re-install? Thanks! - Ice
Raven (Elysian Angel) Posted May 23, 2019 Posted May 23, 2019 Go to C:\Users\ { yourname} \Saved Games\DCS\Config and open Options.lua in Notepad (or similar programme). There you can edit the resolution, and set it back to your normal one. Alternatively, just delete that file and run DCS again.
