how to get mouse to click on comm 1 & 2 menu...?

I used to have the F1-F12 keys mapped to my stick, now with a new HOTAS I don't have enough room.

I can click on the ground menu but not the airborne menu, Comm 1 & Comm 2.

I think there is a mouse option to allow for this...?

Anyone know?
