Maneuver slats/flaps not extending @ 13.5 unit AoA

Noticed that the maneuver slats/flaps are not starting to extend at 13.5 units AoA as pr. the CADC schedule in the manual*, and that max STR is achieved with them still in the retracted position.

 

This is also incorrect behavior as pr. the manual's performance supplements** where a difference in max STR of 2.1 deg/sec is achieved with maneuver devices off vs on at 0.56 Mach (14.0 vs 16.1 deg/sec).

 

This seems like a pretty big error, so hoping to see it solved soon.
