Los Llanos AB in Albacete, Spain is where takes place the TLP ( Tactical Leadership Programme ),givin courses and instruction to many NATO Air Forces in order to standarize common allied procedures and tactics. I know that Nellis can comply with that task, but would be another quite good scenery overseas.
