[ALREADY KNOWN] Callsign improperly displayed on SA

On the SA format, PPLI tracks' callsigns should display as first letter of callsign + last letter of callsign + callsign number (this is per Wags). This is not working correctly anymore, I just noticed.

 

The track's callsign is "Colt 1-1", so it should display as "CT11". However, it's displaying as "0411" for some reason. In the mission editor, Colt is the 4th option down when selecting a callsign, so I'm guessing that's where it's coming from.

The same is true with callsigns on radio comms. Colt-1-1 is now referred as 4-1-1 by AI AWACS, the ATC etc. Same for every other western callsign. I think it has to do with the new carrier comms additions.
